Welcome to e-payment service MEDCAM Assistance

To order a doctor's visit in one of the selected cities (list of cities below) in Poland or a telephone consultation with a doctor throughout the country, follow these steps:

contact our Contact Center at +48 502 420 999 and report to our operator in what location you want to receive the doctor's visit service
after collecting the necessary interview and contact details, our consultant will check whether it is possible to provide the service on the date you are interested in
after confirming the service, our consultant will ask you to go to the visit ordering form, after completing which you will be able to pay for the service
after paying for the service and receiving confirmation of the payment for the service, we will immediately start the service within the time agreed with you
the last thing is to wait for our doctor :)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE FORM FOR ORDERING MEDICAL VISITS

go to the order form (the button is at the bottom of the page)
select the service you want to use: visit / telephone consultation
enter the patient's data and the address of the visit (remember that this should be the address where the patient is)
enter your phone number and e-mail address
select the form in which you want to receive the invoice
enter the price agreed with the consultant for the service (IMPORTANT!!! If you accidentally enter a higher amount of the service, we will immediately return you the surplus to the card you used to pay for the service, if the amount is too low, we will immediately return you the whole paid amount and we will cancel the service)
if the invoice is to be issued for other data than in the order, be sure to write this information to us in the Invoice data section
confirm by clicking the "I'm paying" button

If you use VISA or MasterCard Credit Card to make a payment, please remember to enter CVV2 or CVC2 code.
